What data is collected?
HUMO does not request personal data that can directly identify the user. During the guide creation process, only information voluntarily provided by the user related to their situation (such as relocation plans or life changes) is processed.
This information:
- Does not include personal identifiers such as name, surname, email address, or mobile phone number,
- Is not directly linked to a user account or an identifiable individual.
Technically, limited anonymous technical data (such as browser type, device information, and preferred language) may be processed automatically to ensure the proper functioning of the service.
For what purposes is the data used?
The collected data is used solely for the following purposes:
- To create a situation-specific guide for the user,
- To accurately determine the scope and context of the guide,
- To ensure and improve the technical operation of the service.
This data is never:
- Sold for marketing purposes,
- Used to create user profiles,
- Shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
Use of data in AI processing
HUMO uses artificial intelligence–supported systems during the guide creation process. The information provided by the user is processed solely for the purpose of generating the relevant guide.
This information:
- Is not used to identify an individual user,
- Is not associated with the user's identity,
- Is not retained as a persistent user profile for training AI systems.
HUMO aims to ensure that AI-generated outputs are created in a secure and context-appropriate manner.
Data retention period
Information provided by the user is retained only for as long as necessary to deliver the service. After this period, the data is:
- Anonymized or
- Deleted from the system.
Retention periods are determined based on technical requirements and applicable legal obligations.
Third parties
HUMO does not sell user data to third parties. However, trusted third-party service providers may be used for infrastructure, hosting, or analytics purposes to enable the operation of the service.
These third parties:
- Process data solely on behalf of HUMO,
- Cannot use the data for their own purposes,
- Are subject to confidentiality and security obligations.
User rights
Users have the right, under applicable legislation, to:
- Request information about the data processed about them,
- Request the deletion of their data or restriction of its use,
- Submit feedback or objections.
HUMO undertakes to evaluate such requests within a reasonable timeframe.
